Description: 15cm tall cakes, slightly taller than Express, 2 generous layers of filling, Swiss meringue buttercream pipped icing.  Each one of these cakes is individually iced and unique! The picture is an inspiration only.

Chocolate Berry - Moist chocolate cake, one layer of chocolate filling and one layer of boysenberry filling, swiss meringue buttercream. 

Chocolate Salted Caramel - Moist chocolate cake, one layer of chocolate filling with salted caramel, swiss meringue buttercream. 

Lemon Syrup - A soft and moist lemon cake, lemony cream cheese filling in two layers, swiss meringue buttercream.

Gin & Lime - Fluffy lime cake, gin and lime cream cheese icing in two layers, swiss meringue buttercream. 

Carrot - Our traditional carrot cake, lemon cream cheese filling in two layers, swiss meringue buttercream. 

Red velvet cake - Red velvet cake with a creamy vanilla cream cheese filling and swiss meringue buttercream icing.
