Icing around semi-naked look, 2 layers of filling, simple decoration including fresh seasonal flowers, 1 x macaron, chocolate shapes and dried fruit.

Chocolate Mud cake - Rich and moist chocolate cake, chocolate ganache icing.

All Chocolate cake - Moist chocolate cake with two layers of chocolate filling iced with chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Berry - Moist chocolate cake, one layer of chocolate filling and one layer of boysenberry filling, chocolate ganache icing. 

Chocolate Salted Caramel - Moist chocolate cake, one layer of chocolate filling and one layer of salted caramel, chocolate ganache icing. 

Lemon Syrup - A soft and moist lemon cake, lemon cream cheese filling in layers, white chocolate ganache icing. 

Gin & Lime - Fluffy lime cake, Gin and lime cream cheese icing in layers and white chocolate ganache (contains alcohol).

Carrot - Our traditional carrot cake, lemon cream cheese filling in layers, white chocolate ganache icing, toasted almonds on top . 

Vanilla berry sponge OR chocolate berry sponge - vanilla or chocolate sponge, whipped cream and boysenberry filling in layers, whipped cream on top. 

Black forest gateau - chocolate sponge, whipped cream, morello cherries and chocolate shavings. 

Red velvet cake - red velvet cake with a creamy vanilla cream cheese filling and white chocolate ganache icing. 

Coffee walnut chocolate sponge - light chocolate sponge layered with smooth coffee cream and caramelised walnuts (contains coffee). 

Tiramisu sponge - Vanilla sponge drizzled with expresso coffee and coffee liqueur, filled with vanilla cream cheese icing, and iced with dark chocolate ganache (contains coffee and alcohol).
